Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Account Development Executive for New Business Sales in Vehicle Inventory Solutions. The territory includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee, and the incumbent must reside in the territory with the ability to travel 75%+.

You will drive growth by closing new inventory business with automotive dealers and work with channel partners to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an outside sales B2B new business development role selling inventory software to automotive dealerships.
• Proven ability to close major sales opportunities with executive level clients.
• Strong consultative solution selling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth by closing new Inventory business from targeted automotive dealers.
• Define a growth strategy in the market for the business.
• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with strong compensation expectations.
• Manage the sales process end-to-end and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Develop deep understanding of CDK applications and their functionality.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records in Salesforce.
