Job summary

PanelOut is hiring a Field Sales Executive to generate leads, present solar solutions, and close sales across multiple local locations. You will travel to customer sites, explain product benefits, and coordinate installations with the technical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; technical knowledge is a plus.
• 2–3 years of field sales or direct sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit customer locations.
• Interest in solar energy and hands-on installation work.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred, depending on field requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, residential societies, local markets, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
• Explain solar panel products, pricing, benefits, and installation processes to potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.
• Visit customer sites to assess requirements and coordinate installation feasibility with the technical team.
• Assist with solar panel installation at customer locations as per training and safety guidelines.
• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry and booking to installation and post-installation support.
• Follow up on quotations, bookings, installation schedules, and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve basic service-related queries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain records of leads, visits, sales, and installations.
