Job summary

USA Talent Solutions is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive new business growth and renew our client base by selling our security, fire alarm, CCTV and access control services.

This field-based role focuses on developing relationships, renewing and growing accounts, and delivering customized solutions. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required, and a Bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
