Job summary

Rewards Network in Brandon, FL is seeking an experienced outside Account Executive to drive local restaurant growth and expand partnerships. You will prospect, close deals, and build a robust pipeline while meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

You will collaborate with account managers and revenue operations, maintain accurate CRM records, and participate in ongoing training through our Sales Academy. This role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with high-volume sales in financial services, marketing, or restaurants.
• Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, terms, and financials confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting to prospects and stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and MS Office/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and outreach to meet quotas.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with in-person meetings and deal progression.
• Build relationships with new leads and existing customers, promoting new product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including presentations and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Maintain thorough sales records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
