Job summary

ZRG Careers is seeking a Business Field Sales Executive in Michigan to identify, prospect, sell, and penetrate a defined set of accounts within the territory. You will deploy a high-activity model to ensure strong penetration and sell a full suite of data and voice solutions to SMB customers.

This hunter role requires travel to customer sites (80% of the week), strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to close deals while maintaining accurate paperwork and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and be in the field 80% of the work week.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets our company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined territory and targeted customer base.
• This is a hunter role that is passionate about selling broadband business services and solutions to SMB customers.
• Lead and orchestrate company resources and personnel in support of the customer relationship.
• Present expertly to and engage with all pertinent decision makers.
• Deliver and maintain the required monthly quota established by the department manager.
• Accurately complete paperwork associated with each customer order or request.
• Provide accurate weekly 30/60/90-day sales forecasts.
• Use Salesforce to improve the efficiency of sales efforts and give transparency to senior management.
• Identify, prospect, and penetrate a defined base of accounts.
• Must be proactive, with excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and sophisticated problem solving.
