Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an established account base of CPA firms. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales, your specific responsibilities include:

  1. Learn and understand the full line of Tax & Accounting products, including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition through training and self-study.
  2. Implement the sales process for Tax & Accounting products, meet sales quotas, and stay informed of sales strategies.
  3. Manage your account list, research contacts, build calling lists, make calls, and maintain information in Salesforce CRM.
  4. Develop new accounts and grow existing customer business through prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  5. Contribute to product development and issue resolution by identifying client needs and working with Product Managers.
  6. Identify opportunities in the territory, engage with management, and increase market share.
  7. Plan and schedule sales activities efficiently, collaborate with colleagues, and address account conflicts.
  8. Develop an annual business plan, maintain pipeline accuracy, and participate in regular reporting.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; or 6+ years of software/SaaS field sales experience.

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience in software, SaaS, or content information, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

  • Flexible schedule and excellent facilitation skills
Travel

Up to 30% annually for client visits and events.

Compensation

Target salary range in various states: $95,560 - $133,750
