You will set appointments, deliver proposals, and build a book of recurring contracts while leveraging CRM and Microsoft tools. The role combines field work with admin tasks and offers training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development.
• Strong prospecting skills for in-person and telephone outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate CRM activity.

Responsibilities

• Set 3 appointments, complete 3 proposals, and deliver 3 solutions weekly.
• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone to close recurring contracts.
• Log daily activities in the CRM and manage your sales pipeline.
