Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to own a territory in Sparks, NV. You will manage an established base and drive new business, visiting jobsites and customer sites, while working with engineering and operations for complex solutions.

A guaranteed ramp and uncapped commissions fuel strong earnings as you expand within B2B industrial markets. The role emphasizes field activity, local travel, and relationship-building with municipal, commercial and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside, field or territory-based sales experience.
• Experience developing new business while growing existing accounts.
• Experience selling into equipment rental, construction, industrial, infrastructure or similar B2B markets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM experience required, familiarity with field-based sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business.
• Build relationships with industrial, construction, commercial and municipal customers.
• Spend most of the week in the field meeting customers and visiting jobsites.
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships and revenue within existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose right rental equipment and services.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams on technical applications.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and rental proposals; close new and repeat business.
• Maintain CRM with customer activity, opportunities and pipeline.
