Job summary

ConnectPay, LLC is seeking a compassionate Outside Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team in the Denver, Colorado market. You will own the full sales cycle and build relationships with small and medium‑sized business owners to uncover payroll and HR needs, guiding them from initial conversation to close.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside B2B sales in a quota‑carrying environment, proven prospecting skills, and a track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a quota‑carrying environment.
• Experience selling payroll, HR, SaaS, or related business services.
• Proven prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from territory planning to closing new business.
• Conduct consultative conversations with business owners to understand payroll and HR needs.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline within the assigned territory.
