Job summary

American Management Services, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Executive in Ohio. The role involves meeting presidents and business owners, using diagnostic systems to identify improvements, and presenting our consulting solutions.

This is a full-time, W2 position with 50% travel. You will work with pre-set appointments arranged by our inside sales team and have uncapped earning potential through 100% commission plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• As a Field Representative, meet face-to-face with presidents, CEOs, and business owners to present our consulting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using proprietary diagnostic evaluation systems.
• Schedule and close high-potential engagements through pre-set appointments and solid relationship-building.
• No Cold Calling: leverage inside sales to fill your calendar with high-quality meetings.
• Achieve high closing ratios by targeting decision-makers.
