Job summary

American Management Services is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to manage local and regional territories in Minnesota. The role offers 100% commission with first-year potential of $100,000 to $200,000+ and no cold calling, as inside sales schedules appointments directly into your calendar.

Expect to travel approximately 50% and work with presidents, CEOs, and business owners to identify improvements and introduce our consulting solutions. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory Monday through Friday (regional field)
• Reliable vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and professional appearance
• No cold calling; inside team schedules pre-set appointments
• Strong communication and executive presence required

Responsibilities
