Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight seeks a Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Jacksonville, FL market. You will expand our customer base for specialized LTL solutions, leveraging Maersk’s global footprint and coordinating with local, national, and global teams.

Expect a base salary in the range of $90,000–$100,000 USD with quarterly commissions, plus a car allowance and comprehensive benefit options. Travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales success preferred in transportation or freight.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset for complex supply chains.
• Experience using Salesforce; proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow our customer base and deliver strategic logistics solutions.
• Leverage Maersk’s global footprint and collaborate across teams.
• Travel locally; manage client visits, account development, and scheduling.
