Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight is seeking a Field Sales Executive for Detroit, MI and surrounding areas. You will grow the customer base by selling strategic logistics solutions, leveraging Maersk’s global footprint, and collaborating with local, national, and global teams.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus quarterly commissions, a car allowance, comprehensive health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, parental leave, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales success preferred in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset for complex supply chain challenges.
• Experience using Salesforce; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
