Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Seattle seeks an Automation Chemistry & Immunoassay Sales Executive to drive growth across Chemistry, Immunoassay and Automation offerings within the territory.

You will lead strategic campaigns, collaborate with Account Managers and Healthcare System Executives, and translate clinical needs into tangible laboratory solutions while building a robust opportunity funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in complex sales
• 5+ years in complex sales environments
• Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling
• Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows (Chemistry & Immunoassay)
• Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman)
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel
• Territory residency required

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the territory, expanding Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation portfolio
• Lead and coordinate strategic sales campaigns with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
• Conduct workflow analyses and lab assessments to uncover inefficiencies and present tailored solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems, laboratories, and IDNs
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform account strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in quarterly reviews and planning sessions
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Healthcare System Executives for aligned messaging
