Job summary

capilla® Schweißmaterialien GmbH, a market leader in welding materials, invites an Application Consultant in Field Sales (m/f/d) to cover Germany. This permanent role offers broad scope for action, a performance-based remuneration package, and comprehensive onboarding by an open team.

You will provide technical consulting, support existing customers, acquire new ones, negotiate orders, and implement target specifications while developing tailored solutions for each client.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding and completed vocational and/or commercial training.
• Initial professional experience in technical sales.
• Dynamic personality with high stamina, strong communication skills and closing strength.
• High personal commitment.
• Good IT and PC skills in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Securing and consistently expanding market share through existing-customer support and new-customer acquisition.
• Technical consulting and developing customer-specific solutions.
