Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Sales Engineer to drive the FP product range and system development across NW Spain and Portugal. You will sell, promote, and train customers while coordinating with distributors and engineering teams to ensure project success.

The role requires technical engineering background, strong communication, and up to 75% travel. Fluency in local language and English is expected. A dynamic, customer-focused mindset will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in related field.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems or the ability to acquire it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote the Victaulic FP product range in NW Spain and Portugal.
• Report weekly to Sales Director on activities and results.
• Promote the Victaulic System for binding application products.
• Demonstrate installation of FP products and tools to customers.
• Pursue acceptance and specifications from Owners and engineering consultancies.
• Ensure regional knowledge through seminars, training, literature, and support.
• Coordinate with local distributor for information flow.
• Visit job sites to oversee installations and train contractor personnel.
• Handle product claims with Engineering.
• Assist finance in receivables collection.
• Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.
