Job summary

DMP is seeking a Field Sales Engineer – Monitoring Solutions to act as the technical authority for central station environments, including receivers, automation platforms, video alarm services, and operator workflows. You will bridge DMP’s monitoring capabilities with real-world workflows for centers, dealers, and enterprise users across North America.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, central station operations, or technical support role within physical security or alarm monitoring.
Hands‑on experience with at least one central station automation platform (Bold Manitou or Stages, MASterMind, or equivalent).
Working knowledge of video alarm and remote monitoring platforms (Immix, CHeKT).
Understanding of monitoring station signal paths end to end from panel to operator dispatch.
Familiarity with DMP monitoring infrastructure and related devices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for monitoring center integrations and dealer networks.
Guide configuration, provisioning, signal routing, and automation platform setup for centers and integrators.
Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform migrations to protect signal continuity.
Advise on video verification workflows, dispatch priorities and operator presentation.
Travel to support centers and partners across North America (estimated 25–40%).
