Brief Description
Under general supervision, the Field Sales Engineer – Monitoring Solutions serves as DMP’s technical authority on the central station environment — the receivers, automation platforms, video alarm services, and operator workflows that turn a signal into a dispatch. This role supports monitoring centers, dealers, systems integrators, and enterprise end-users in designing, evaluating, and deploying DMP solutions across the full signal path, from panel to receiver to operator screen to public safety. Intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance are supporting disciplines in service of that path. The ideal candidate has hands-on time in a central station or monitoring-adjacent technical role and can speak credibly to an operations manager and an installing dealer in the same conversation. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, technical sales environment and serve as the critical bridge between DMP’s monitoring capabilities and the real-world workflows of monitoring centers and their dealer bases across North America.
