Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years' B2B sales experience in industrial/capital equipment.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Proven ability to generate leads, convert to opportunities, and hit sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SME on technical information for sales of compressed air systems, accessories, parts, and service.
Generate leads and develop detailed sales plans to penetrate accounts and reach sales goals.
Travel to customer sites within a designated territory to demonstrate products, assess needs, and solicit orders.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs, costs, and other factors.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service contracts to customers.
Review design drawings/specs related to air system installations.
Negotiate prices and terms of equipment sales and aftermarket service agreements.
Record prospecting activity in the CRM system.
Increase organizational visibility through active networking.
