Job summary

Pattons, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service for compressed air systems across customer facilities. You will install, repair, and perform routine maintenance with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience. Certifications in EPA 608 and ASSE 6040 are preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience.

• 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience.
• 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal Refrigerant).
• ASSE 6040 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs
• Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers
• Other tasks as needed or assigned

About The Opportunity

Field Service Technicians

Field Service Technicians deliver high quality service to Patton's, Inc. customers with a focus on safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration. Field Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on compressed air equipment.

As Field Service Technician, You Will
