Job summary

Industrial Representatives, Inc (IRI) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will sell a portfolio of electronics components to design engineers, OEMs, and related customers, managing the full sales cycle from design‑in to production.

You will travel within the DFW area and occasionally further in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, building relationships with manufacturers and customers to drive design wins and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside or field sales in electronics or a technical environment
• Familiarity with electronics design cycle or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Ability to manage a territory and schedule autonomously
• Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office, and modern sales tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and open doors at design engineering teams and OEMs
• Grow existing accounts and uncover new design opportunities
• Build strong relationships between suppliers and customers
• Run full sales cycle from contact to design-in, quoting, and production
• Lead customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demos
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Track market trends and share insights with suppliers and team
