Job summary

D2B Groups is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a Dallas–Fort Worth territory, selling the company's general rental fleet to contractors and industrial clients. This is a hunting role focused on finding projects, winning accounts, and building lasting relationships, with support from the branch manager and area sales leader.

You will prospect, grow fleet utilization, track development sites, and deliver a strong customer experience with field support.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in the equipment rental space is strongly preferred.
• Adjacent specialty rental backgrounds translate well to the role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect contractors, developers, and commercial/industrial customers across the territory.
• Sell rental contracts across the fleet and grow utilization at the branch.
• Track new development and job sites in the territory and engage early.
• Build long-term relationships and increase share of wallet with existing accounts.
• Partner with branch operations and service to deliver a strong customer experience.
