Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Clean Energy District Manager to lead a team of Ambassadors at retail locations. This on-site role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and driving in-store sales performance.

You will schedule staffing, supervise daily performance, and coordinate events with store management while maintaining high retailer satisfaction and ongoing field auditing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years direct people management experience.
• 3+ years in a quota-driven sales role preferred.
• Proven coaching and team development ability.
• Experience with lead generation and consumer sales.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, hire and onboard Clean Energy Ambassadors with recruiting support.
• Deliver training and in-field coaching to boost in-store productivity.
• Drive toward team lead generation and sales goals with Sales Leaders.
• Supervise performance and plan staffing at retail locations.
• Act as the main Sunrun contact at each retail site and coordinate events.
