Sunrun is seeking a District Manager to lead in-field teams of Clean Energy Ambassadors across retail stores. You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff while driving sales goals and ensuring high retailer satisfaction.

This role requires strong people leadership, field coaching, and effective communication with store management. Daily responsibilities include staffing planning, field audits, KPI tracking, and collaboration with regional leadership on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years direct people management experience.
• 3+ years in a quota-driven sales role preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with lead generation and consumer sales.
• Proficient with email, Excel, Word and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to retail locations.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Source, interview, hire and onboard Clean Energy Ambassadors with recruiting support.
• Deliver training and in-field coaching to increase in-store reps’ productivity.
• Drive toward team lead generation and sales goals set by Sales Leaders.
• Supervise performance of Clean Energy Ambassadors daily.
• Plan staffing levels at retail locations and optimize hours.
• Serve as Sunrun’s main point of contact at each store and coordinate in-store events.
• Conduct field audits for compliance (talk tracks, merchandising, uniforms, safety).
• Track KPIs and communicate results to leadership; hold daily huddles and weekly 1:1s.
• Participate in required meetings and training; support leadership in process changes.
