Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Clean Energy District Manager to lead in-store teams of Clean Energy Ambassadors, coaching and training to meet lead generation and sales targets across Retail locations.

You will schedule staffing, supervise performance, and coordinate with store management and Sunrun leadership to ensure smooth operations, strong retailer relationships, and ongoing regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years direct people management experience with proven performance.
• Minimum of 3 years in quota-driven sales roles preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing a successful team.
• Strong communication, team culture, and mission passion.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, hire and onboard Clean Energy Ambassadors.
• Deliver training and in-field coaching to improve in-store rep productivity.
• Drive lead generation and sales goals with Sales Leaders.
• Supervise daily performance of Ambassadors and optimize staffing levels.
• Coordinate with store management and events to maximize retailer satisfaction.
