Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Experior Data Specialist to support the sales team in enrolling feedlot data for Experior and expanding customer partnerships across the beef portfolio. This field-based role emphasizes data quality, enrollment, and cross-functional collaboration with feed mills and nutritionists.

You will manage CRM documentation, schedule customer meetings, and train customers on data submission practices while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business, or related field.
• Experience with cattle-feeding and data capture for cattle performance.
• Experience with CRM programs and documenting call notes, pre-call plans, and customer data.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with external partners (feed companies, nutritionists) and internal teams.
• Proficiency in core computer systems; MS Excel; willingness to learn feedlot software.

Responsibilities

• Assist enrollment of new prospects via CRM and electronic documents to sign agreements.
• Enter call notes and update contacts using our CRM platform; collaborate across the org.
• Coordinate producer meetings, identify sales targets, and strengthen customer and channel relationships.
• Assist in data sharing enrollment; serve as a subject matter expert on data collected by Elanco.
• Train customers on data submission practices and conduct follow-up training as needed.
