Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant in Austin, TX. You will drive top-line growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, and delivering customized linen, uniform, and facility service solutions to diverse industries.

You’ll train under a Regional Sales Manager and, after the 13-week program, independently close new business while earning uncapped commissions. Expect daily travel and a collaborative team environment with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel daily within the designated sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
