Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in‑home sales experiences for customers in Bloomington or Coon Rapids. You will leverage coaching and field training to close deals, upsell services, and meet sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

Successful candidates will have prior outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, delivering personalized in‑home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution to keep customers connected.
• You’ll join our training program and receive coaching to work independently in the field and meet sales targets.
