Job summary

Jobtailor in Cranford, NJ, seeks a Client Executive to manage 300–400 MDU communities within the Fios and 5G Home footprint. You will drive sales, analyze data, and plan strategic marketing activities to minimize disconnects and maximize retention.

You will coordinate events with property professionals and vendors, build strong staff relationships, and lead 2–3 vendor sales agents while pulling sales data from Verizon systems and updating documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Four+ years of relevant experience in sales or related roles
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite preferred
• Experience in Fios and wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell preferred
• Experience with Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE, and VZAI preferred
• Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as Client Executive to approximately 300–400 multi-dwelling unit communities in the Fios and 5G Home footprint
• Deliver sales results and mitigate disconnects in the assigned module
• Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales
• Coordinate events with property professionals and vendors
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
• Build and maintain relationships with property staff
• Oversee two to three vendor sales agents
• Create marketing plans to increase sales
• Pull sales data from Verizon systems
• Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events
• Work in the field at multi-dwelling units four days per week
