Estée Lauder Companies in Minneapolis seeks a Sales & Education lead to spend at least 70% of time in-store coaching Beauty Advisors, ensuring brand standards, promotions, and customer experiences align with strategy.

You will manage BA recruitment, onboarding, and performance, while coaching on product stories, upsell, cross-sell, and selling skills across travel retail environments.

Qualifications

• BA degree required with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Must be well groomed and have good organization and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom/Skype) in addition to in-person presentations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; ability to travel as needed.
• Proven sales track record and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Spend minimum 70 percent of time in-store coaching Beauty Advisors (BAs).
• Review sales targets and performance with ASOM; analyze trends and competition.
• Generate sales reports and ensure brand standards at retail counters.
• Coordinate promotions, in-store programs, and marketing calendar awareness for BAs.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and management of BA headcount and productivity.
