Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Sales Support/Education leader to drive in-store performance across travel retail doors. You will review sales targets, analyze trends, and coordinate promotions with the marketing and store-design teams.

Responsibilities include coaching Beauty Advisors, recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring consistent brand presentation. Travel and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in travel retail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proven sales track record and customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel and coach teams in-store across locations.

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets and performance for each door monthly.
• Analyze performance vs sales objectives, trends, and competition; generate reports.
• Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at counters.
• Coach and supervise Beauty Advisors; recruit/onboard BA staff as needed.
