Qualifications

• B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, travel retail preferred.
• Well groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with Zoom/Skype experience.

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets monthly with ASOM.
• Analyze performance vs. objectives, trends and competition.
• Generate sales reports.
• Ensure brand image and visual merchandising at counters.
• Coach Beauty Advisors in-store and on selling skills.
• Spend 70%+ of time in-store coaching BAs.
