Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team, supporting the north end (Seattle - Marysville). The BDR will focus on field activity, making cold calls to discover new business and will work with senior Account Managers to develop leads and sell materials handling equipment.

The BDR primarily operates in the field, seeking new customers, and may introduce rental equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school preferred or two years sales experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Make thirty cold-call contacts per day, for a minimum of three days per week.
• Identify business opportunities through various resources and networks.
• Generate sales leads through literature, mail, e-mail and campaigns.
• Increase market awareness through warm calling.
• Create and manage prospective customer database.
• Digitize all contacts for mail merge campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop new customers.
