Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support Salem and Eugene, Oregon. The BDR will prospect, cold-call, and collaborate with senior Account Managers to grow leads and sell materials handling equipment.

The role is field-focused, requiring daily in-person customer engagement, territory management, and active participation in campaigns with Marketing. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred; frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two years of sales experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make thirty cold-call contacts per day, three days a week.
• Identify business opportunities through various sources and network.
• Generate sales leads via literature drops, mail, email and campaigns.
• Manage prospective customer database and mail-merge campaigns.
• Work with Marketing to develop new customers.
• Travel 4–6 hours daily to cover territory.
