Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support the Salem and Eugene, Oregon areas. The BDR will primarily be in the field, making cold calls, identifying opportunities, and partnering with senior Account Managers to grow sales of pallets, catalog items, and rental equipment.

Applicants should be able to travel 4–6 hours daily, possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or two years sales experience), and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; two years sales experience preferred.
• Field sales role with travel; ability to drive 4–6 hours daily to cover territory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to identify new business opportunities.
• Work with senior Account Managers to develop leads and sell equipment.
• Travel within Salem and Eugene territories to meet customers and maintain relationships.
• Maintain customer database and provide daily/weekly activity reports.
