Rite-A-Way Tree Service is seeking a motivated Sales Arborist to meet with customers, assess tree care needs, and develop professional recommendations. You will prepare estimates for services including removal, trimming, pruning, and stump grinding, combining arboricultural knowledge with strong sales skills.

The ideal candidate will communicate well, provide honest recommendations, and work independently in the field, with opportunities for advancement and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species, pruning practices, tree health, and hazards.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to inspect properties and safely navigate outdoor environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to measure, document, and estimate tree-care work.

Responsabilités

• Meet with customers to evaluate trees and property conditions.
• Identify health, safety, structural, and maintenance concerns.
• Recommend tree care services based on needs and industry standards.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, and more.
• Explain work clearly to customers and follow up on estimates.
