Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales or Sales Operations.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards; familiarity with retailer-facing roles.
• Proficient in Excel; able to combine multiple data sources.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and POS data sources (Circana/IRI or Nielsen; SPINS).
• CPG or Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver sales reporting, dashboards, and insights to drive sales.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and annual planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute customer plans.
• Develop tools and reporting to improve sales effectiveness and decision-making.
• Assist National Account Manager in customer-facing responsibilities.
