Job summary

Kellogg is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst on the West Regional Grocery sales team to unleash your passion for reporting and analytics, uncovering pricing, promotion, and distribution insights that drive growth. This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States, preferably in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience building PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced experience and proficiency in syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and Numerator.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and insights.
• Demonstrated logical, structured, and analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Nielsen data with a focus on pricing and promotion to identify key distribution, pricing, and placement opportunities that grow the business.
• Provide insights to Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Category Management by reviewing business trends and offering input on opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume.
• Build tools to aid the sales team’s business understanding; track key performance metrics such as sales growth and share against key benchmarks on weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc schedules.
• Partner with the Sales team to maintain business forecasts and tracking for joint business plans with retailer partners.
• Extract data from multiple sources to produce periodic summaries of performance against joint goals and objectives.
