Job summary

Alliance in New York, NY is seeking an Account Executive to manage a security business portfolio, lead client relations, and oversee operations and payroll. This on-site role requires strong leadership and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive service delivery, ensure compliance with policies, coach staff, and partner with senior leadership on growth, staffing, and billing matters. A bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in security or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in security or service industry with progressive management responsibility.
• 3-5 years of management experience overseeing security operations, personnel, accounts, scheduling, or related functions
• Strong knowledge of security operations, staffing, payroll, financial management, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, account startups, transitions, staffing, service delivery, and employee relations
• Maintain client relationships, resolve service issues, and coach and support security management and office staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements, including licensing, Fire and Life Safety, investigations, training, employee programs, and disciplinary procedures
• Monitor payroll, overtime, staffing, training, uniforms, operating expenses, billing adjustments, and zero-hour personnel to maintain profitability
• Partner with senior leadership on business growth, account expansion, recruiting, hiring, operational procedures, and payroll, billing, and service matters
