Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a sales professional to drive incremental store-level sales in the Downers Grove area. You will execute promotions, visit accounts, and manage inventory to ensure product freshness and visibility.

The role requires a 21+ year-old driver with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 175 lbs for keg products, with a background in sales and promotions at retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related experience, or HS diploma with 4–5+ years.
• Must be 21+ years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license, and auto insurance.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Coordinate execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, secure trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, and manage displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5+ years of specific experience
