Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a driven sales professional in San Antonio to hit monthly targets while expanding distribution and maintaining strong account relationships. You will execute retail promotions, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate POS materials and events to maximize product visibility.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift substantial weights as part of handling beverage products. Travel to accounts is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related experience, or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver license with reliable automobile transportation.
• Must lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and product promotions, and coordinate point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
