Job summary

Joe Taylor Restoration in Tampa, FL is seeking an Estimator to be the primary client contact throughout the restoration process. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of estimating, restoration, project management, or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Xactimate required.
• Preferred certifications: Mold Certification, AMRT, WRT, and Lead Certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property damage and assess mold, fire, and biohazard losses.
• Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work.
• Negotiate project scope with insurance adjusters.
• Present restoration solutions and close restoration projects.
• Obtain client approvals and signed contracts to begin work.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the production team for a smooth handoff from sale to execution.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
• Manage assigned projects and monitor progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
