Job summary

Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive in Duluth, GA to drive new business within a local territory, delivering Spectrum's communication solutions to small businesses. You will engage prospects, perform needs analyses and guide leads from first contact to final sale while meeting sales targets.

Daily field-based work with occasional office time, you will maintain CRM records, collaborate across teams and participate in training to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to recommend Spectrum solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and deals in CRM and software.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless order execution.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
