Qualifications

• 6 months+ of experience on a Construction Site (laborer, worker, supervisor, technician, etc.)
• Dedication to safety and passion for best safety practices (knowledge of common hazards) - ACI
• TXDOT Certifications (SB102, 1B)
• Nuclear Density Gauge certification

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 Safety Watch oversight for field technicians and construction personnel on large-scale projects.
• Monitor active work zones and maintain awareness of hazards including heavy equipment and subcontractor activities.
• Serve as an additional set of eyes to protect workers focused on testing or inspections.
• Identify and communicate potential safety risks before incidents occur and escalate to site leadership.
