A leading infrastructure company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Houston, TX. This full-time role focuses on safety management, involving field-based inspections and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in Occupational Safety, leadership skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role offers a salary range of $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 and requires candidates to undergo a pre-employment physical examination.

Competenze

• 2 years of safety management experience or 5 years in technical safety management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular walk-through inspections of construction areas.
• Assist in safety documentation preparation.
• Collaborate with Safety Manager on inspections.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing safety training.
