A leading electrical services provider in Houston is seeking a Field Safety Technician to support the implementation of safety policies across operations. The technician will conduct routine safety inspections, identify hazards, and assist in developing safety programs. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. This role involves fieldwork and may require travel. A positive safety culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of safety experience in construction, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine job site safety inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards and unsafe conditions, implement corrective actions.
• Monitor field activities for proper use of PPE and safe practices.
• Conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks.
