Job summary

Conservation Corps North Bay seeks a Natural Resources Safety and Training Coordinator to oversee field operations, coordinate safety and training for crews, and mentor 4–10 Crew Supervisors and up to 50 Corpsmembers. This exempt, full-time role partners with the Natural Resources Site Manager to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, program administration, and collaboration across CCNB departments to support Corpsmember success and program priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in natural resources management such as habitat restoration and erosion control.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication skills with field staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations and safety/training programs for crews.
• Mentor Crew Supervisors and Corpsmembers; track training hours and logs.
• Ensure timely completion of departmental administrative tasks and maintain project documentation.
