Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Representative I to lead in-field safety coaching and enforcement. The role focuses on preventing incidents by observing work activities, mentoring workers, and promoting best safety practices across projects.

The position requires hands-on safety leadership in the field, collaboration with project teams, and a strong commitment to IIF culture. Up to 25% travel and extensive field presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior experience as a Field Safety Coordinator.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Being a Safety Resource to the Project.
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management.
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment.
• Participates in Training/Certifications.
