Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Representative I to promote the company’s IIF culture by ensuring every worker returns home safely each night.

This field-based role requires spending 100% of time in the field, coaching crews, and embedding with project teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements. A degree or equivalent field experience is required along with OSHA 30 certification within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior Field Safety Coordinator experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety culture by acting as a safety resource to the project team.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations on-site.
• Conducts case management and safety training as needed.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reinforces positive safety behaviors.
• Collaborates with project teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
