Job summary

The Field Safety Representative II at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc will embed with the project team to coach workers on unsafe conditions and ensure every co-worker returns home safely each night. This role requires 100% field presence and may supervise junior safety staff to reinforce safe practices and project safety goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, have at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience, and must obtain OSHA 30-hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a safety-related major or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Company's IIF Culture by serving as a safety resource on projects.
• Assist with project compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Support case management and incident investigations as needed.
• Ensure a safe work environment across field operations.
• Participate in training and certifications for crew safety.
